My regular walk, run, bike sprint route follows SW Miles Court on the North side of Woods Creek and SW Canby on the South. I've become familiar with the two mile loop, clockwise from 67th, but only now have I paid any attention to the rocks along the way. 3x2

Sunday afternoon I start thinking about photos for the coming week. I set out by bike under bright sun that created interesting texture on a moss covered retaining wall. Maybe rock walls this week? Maybe just rocks?
Boy there are a lot of rocks in my neighborhood. I focus on just individual rocks standing alone. And they shouldn't be buried. More rock above ground than below for sure.
I ditch the bike and set out on foot so that I don't attract so much attention. Only once did I have to explain that it's an art project. Home owner at 6149 SW Miles then recounted the rock's history: dug up to plant a maple tree.
I have a week's photos four times over. The daily artistic judgement will be selecting the image that complements the others on the photos page.
